The need to increase livestock productivity effectively and sustainably through the integration of environmentally friendly traditional herbal medicines with a sustainable entrepreneurial approach. The research aims to develop innovative strategies that combine traditional herbal remedies to optimally and sustainably increase livestock productivity. The method employed is a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory research design, where qualitative data are collected through interviews and group discussions, followed by quantitative data collection using questionnaires distributed to 50 farmer respondents as the sample population. The data analysis included descriptive statistics, mean difference tests, and regression analysis to see the influence of herbal medicine and the application of entrepreneurship on livestock productivity, as well as thematic analysis on qualitative data. The results show that the integration of traditional herbal medicine significantly improves the health and growth of livestock, while improving the knowledge and entrepreneurial skills of farmers. Additionally, the use of herbal medicines has been successful in reducing dependence on synthetic antibiotics. The application of an herbal entrepreneurship model also contributes to increasing income and the sustainability of farmers' businesses. In conclusion, the innovative strategy of integrating traditional herbal medicine with a sustainable entrepreneurial approach is effective in increasing livestock productivity as well as the welfare of farmers. The implications of this research can be used as the basis for the development of sustainability-oriented and conservation-oriented breeder empowerment programs
